What are our tools ?
Here a short explanation about our tools and technics used in our workshop
3D Modeling
3D modeling is the process of creating a 3D representation of any surface or object by manipulating polygons, edges, and vertices in simulated 3D space.
We use Fusion 360 for our 3D designing. We can export our creations under lot of differents formats : .stl, .obj, f3d, dwg, skp, etc.
FDM 3D Printing
FDM, or fused deposition modeling, is an additive process where the material is fused together layer by layer in a specified pattern to create a 3D object.
We can use plastic like PLA or ABS.
Les imprimantes Prusa I3 MKS nous permettent d’obtenir une excellente finition avec la possibilité de changer de couleur pendant l’impression.

– précision : 0,4 mm
– hauteur par couche : à partir de 50 µm
Laser engraving and cuttin
Selon la puissance du laser, il est possible de graver et même découper les matériaux comme le bois, le verre, les métaux, les plastiques, le marbre, le cuir, le liège, le papier, etc.
La précision et la rapidité du laser permettent un travail minutieux et efficace.
Le Trotec Speedy 360 flex est notre outil de découpe et gravure laser.

UV Printing
UV printing is a form of digital printing that uses ultra-violet lights to dry or cure ink as it is printed. As the printer distributes ink on the surface of a material (called a "substrate"), specially designed UV lights follow close behind, curing - or drying - the ink instantly.
l’Artis 3000 Pro 8C imprime sur bois, métal, verre, céramique, plastique, cuir, etc.
Spécificités :
– surface d’impression 360 x 500 mm
– impression directe sur une grande variété de matériaux, rigides et flexibles
– hauteur maximale de l’objet à imprimer: 170 mm
– possibilité d’imprimer des objets cylindriques de 30 à 130 mm de diamètre
SLA Printing
Stereolithography is a form of 3D printing technology used for creating models, prototypes, patterns, and production parts in a layer by layer fashion using photochemical processes by which light causes chemical monomers and oligomers to cross-link together to form polymers.
L’imprimante Form 3 fonctionne de manière similaire à l’impression FDM mais par polymérisation de résine. La précision et la résistance des pièces produites est à un tout autre niveau.
Spécificités :
– taille max d’objet : 145 x 145 x 185 mm
– précision de l’impression : 25 µm
– hauteur d’une couche : de 25 à 300 µm

Les prochains investissements se tourneront vers le scan 3D. Celui-ci permet de virtualiser un objet réel afin de le retravailler sur un logiciel de modélisation.
